All diamonds and gemstones used in Nari jewelry are natural. OUR PROCEDURE All Nari jewelry is handcrafted to order. Once the payment is received, the production starts and takes up to 3 weeks, some times up to 25 business days, based on the availability of the gemstones in stocks. However, if we have your items in stock, we will ship them to you within 3-5 business-days. If you have any requests or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. RUSH ORDERS If you have specific timeline to meet, please kindly contact us prior to placing an order to make sure that we can meet your timeline. SHIPPING - DOMESTIC Nari jewelry comes in a jewelry pouch and box. - Shipping within the U.S via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Required and tracking number. The expected delivery time is 2-5 business days after dispatch. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the delivery has been confirmed by USPS. - Upgrade to Fedex overnight shipping is $50. Our standard production time still applies if overnight shipping method is chosen. - If sending as a gift, please include the address and your personal message to the recipient.
