The Congo Necklace tiara. Made by Van Cleef and Arpels and was a gift to Princess Joséphine-Charlotte of Belgium from the Belgian colony of the Congo on her marriage to Hereditary Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg in 1953. Features rows of large round diamonds attached to a row of baguette diamonds. Can also be a necklace. It hasn't been used since the 80's, but it was the wedding tiara for the Royal Family.
