· 4 servings This dish is an all time favorite and you HAVE to make this for dinner this week Ingredients: • 2 x 225g packs of extra-firm smoked tofu • 6 heaped tbsp bbq sauce • 5 tbsp cornflour • 3 tbsp neutral oil ( vegetable or sunflower ) • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper • To serve: white rice & chili flakes Salsa: • 2 diced mangos • 1 diced avocado • 1/2 finely chopped coriander bunch • 1/2 finely chopped red onion • 1/2 red chili, finely chopped • Juice of 1 lime • 1 tbsp olive oil

Maharashtrian style:- kofta curry
For paste • Whole spices • 1. Jeera • 2. Coriander seed • 3. Black and green cardamon • 4. Cloves • 5. Back pepper • Veggies • 1. Onion • 2. Garlic • 3. Green chilli • 4. Cashew • 5. Tomato • 6. Salt • 7. Dry coconut • Powder spices • 1. Turmeric powder • 2. Red chilli powder • 3. Dhaniya powder • 4. Hot water • 5.poppy seeds • 6. White sesame seeds • 7. Water as per required Cool everything down and grind in fine paste. For gravy • 1. Oil • 2. Onion • 3. Garlic • 4. Ginger • 5. Green chilli • 6. Kashmiri red chilli powder • Add paste and let it cook for 10-12mins. • Then add hot water+garam masala +kasuri methi+coriander • Again let it cook for 22mins
