Ingredients • 1 (16 oz) box elbow macaroni (par-boiled 5 minutes) • 2 cups milk • 1 cup heavy whipping cream • ~8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese • ~4 oz shredded Parmesan cheese • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese • 1 tbsp onion powder • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp paprika • Salt & pepper to taste Instructions 1️⃣ Par-boil your macaroni for 5 minutes, then drain. 2️⃣ Transfer pasta to your crockpot. 3️⃣ Add milk, heavy cream, both cheeses, cream cheese, and seasonings. 4️⃣ Cover and cook on LOW for about 1 hour. 5️⃣ Stir well, serve hot, and enjoy the cheesy goodness! He would make hot chocolate, place it in the fridge and serve chilled. My version is made in a crock pot and served hot. My dad says to add 1/2 cup of maple syrup if you want it sweeter. 🌟"
