WHOLE LEEK RISOTTO
I use leeks a lot in my recipes, and I am frequently asked what I do with the tops. This risotto uses the whole leek, tops and all, so that we all can have less food waste and more dinner. My whole leek risotto is very delicious, if I can say so myself. Packed with the WHOLE leek, and topped with toasted hazelnuts, truffle oil and lemon zest.
