𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: - 1 medium sweet potato (roasted, peeled, and mashed) - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 2 eggs - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 cup water (adjust as needed) - Toppings of choice (ie: tomato sauce, mozzarella, veggies, etc.) 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper 2. Mix mashed sweet potato, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water until dough forms 3. Spread the dough onto the baking sheet, shaping into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the oven and add your toppings 5.
