Shamelessly jumping on the Custard Yogurt Toast here! It’s super simple and really quite tasty! I used brioche bread, not because I was trying to be boujee it’s just what I had in the freezer! You’ll need; • Half a cup of yogurt • 1 egg • Pinch of cinnamon • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla • Fruit of choice • In my case the mixture covered 3 slices of brioche but if you use regular bread 2 slices should do it. Mix together the yogurt, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. Using the back of a spoon make an indentation in the bread, spoon on the yogurt and top with fruit. Tiramisu chia pudding!
Serves 2 1/2 cup / 86g chia seeds 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract 1.5 cup / 325ml milk 1 espresso shot coffee (I used decaf) 1.5 cup / 310g yoghurt 1 tsp cocoa powder Instructions 1. Combine your chia seeds, milk, espresso shot, maple syrup, vanilla and 1 cup/ 230g yoghurt together. 2. Place into cups/ jars and leave to set for at least 2 hours, or overnight. 3. Once ready to eat, finish with the remaining yoghurt and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
