Garlic Butter Steak Bites 🥩🧈
Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp butter, 1 lb baby potatoes (cubed), 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp chopped thyme, 1 tsp chopped rosemary, ¼-½ tsp red pepper flakes, 1-1¼ lb sirloin steak (cubed), salt and pepper to taste. Instructions: Heat 1 tbsp butter and ½ tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, garlic, herbs, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-6 mins until tender. Remove potatoes. Discard burnt bits, then add remaining butter and olive oil. Sear steak bites on high heat for 4-6 mins until browned. Return potatoes to skillet and cook 1 min to heat through. Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Kcal: 275 | Servings: 5

Enjoy a bowl of flavorful and healthy edamame, perfectly seasoned with a spicy kick. INGREDIENTS: 1 lb frozen edamame pods 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp finely minced garlic 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp honey 1 tsp chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp chili oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional) - Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the frozen edamame pods. Cook for 6 minutes until they turn bright green.
