Monday again and we thought we would share a simple walking meditation with you all. It is still meditating just in movement. A mindful walk 💙 1. Choose a place to walk. It can be inside or outside, as long as it's relatively quiet and peaceful. 2. Start walking. Take 10-15 steps in one direction while breathing in and out through the nose. Inhale right foot and exhale left foot. Continue this pattern for at least 10 minutes
