Back and Bis are a good combo to do on the same day. There's machines that work back but these exercises here you can do anywhere. Pick what weight your comfortable with. Increase with each set. Try 3 sets of 10 reps. If you don't want to increase weight, try increasing how many reps you do but at least two every time.
