a. #Lickershamn Gotland, home of Jungfrun, the highest ‘rauk’ on Gotland. Known for its column-like limestone rauk, Gotland is covered in ‘rauk fields’. Jungfrun (Virgo/virgin/maiden) is one of the most famous ones and stands at an impressive 27 meters above sea level. Look closely and you will see her on top of the cliff.

Bees aren’t the only important #pollinators. The much less popular garden visitor, #flies, also play an important role in #pollination. They may not be as pretty and can certainly be a little annoying whilst trying to enjoy a picnic but these #unsungheroes play a vital role in our #ecosystem. Hurray for #biodiversity!
