🦑Squid Rings🦑
Baked Calamari dish! 🦑🍅🧀 Ingredients: 3 squid 15 cherry tomatoes 50 grams of green olives (1/3 cup) 30 grams of Taggiasca olives (1/4 cup) 30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup) 2 heaping tablespoons of breadcrumbs Oregano to taste Half a lemon (juice and zest) 5 basil leaves Salt & pepper Olive oil Place the squid rings in a baking dish, cover them with the tomato and olive mixture, and drizzle with olive oil. 40min · 4 servings Ingredienser • 4 portioner äggnudlar • 500 g lövbiff • 1 st purjolök • 1 st gul paprika • 2 st morötter • 250 g broccoli • neutral olja till stekning • 2 tsk cayennepeppar minska mängden om mindre hetta önskas • 2 msk japansk soja • 2 dl ostronsås • 1 st lime Gör såhär • Koka nudlarna enligt förpackningens anvisning. • Strimla lövbiffen. Skala morötterna. Skär morötter, paprika och broccoli i bitar. Ansa och strimla purjolöken. • Hetta upp en panna/wokpanna med olja. Stek lövbiffen i omgångar tills den fått fin färg, Ställ åt sidan. • Fräs morot och broccoli i pannan i ca 3 minuter. Tillsätt paprika och purjolök och fräs ytterligare i 2-3 minuter. Lägg ner lövbiffen i pannan. Tillsätt cayennepeppar, soja, ostronsås och limesaft. Blanda runt. Lägg i

Avocado Basilikum Hummus Der perfekte Snack Alles was du brauchst: 400g gekochte Kichererbsen 1 Avocado 1 Handvoll Basilikum Blätter 1/2 Glass Wasser 2 EL Zitronensaft 1 EL Tahini oder Cashewmus ( ich habe cashewmus genommen😉) 2 Kleine Knoblauchzehe 2 EL Olivenöl Salz, Oregano, Chili Flocken Alles in den Mixer geben und pürieren. Everything you need: 400g cooked chickpeas 1 avocado 1 handful of basil leaves 1 glass of water approx. 250 ml 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp tahini or cashew butter (I have cashew butter taken ) 2 small clove of garlic 2 tbsp olive oil Salt, Oregano, Chili Flakes Put everything in the blender and puree. Arrange the hummus on a plate, decorate with some olive oil, basil leaves and a few chili flakes.
